How I Work

Telehealth Sessions

As well as convenience and/or to address physical needs, telehealth sessions are an ideal option for those who find it easier to discuss sensitive or taboo topics in a familiar, private setting — creating space for openness, honesty, and lasting change.

Walk & Talk sessions

Take your session outdoors — surrounded by open space, fresh air, and nature.
Choose to walk at your own pace or sit and reflect in a peaceful spot.

Walking consultations offer a relaxed, practical alternative to traditional therapy.
Many men find conversation flows more easily while moving,
helping to reduce stress, clear the mind, and gain perspective.

About Sasha

A smiling woman with shoulder-length wavy blonde hair, wearing a beige turtleneck sweater, standing outdoors with sunlight filtering through the trees.

Collaborative Approach – Process Work

Find relief from pain and trauma that can show up as anxiety, fatigue, stress, addictive patterns, digestive issues, or weight concerns.
Together, we explore the root causes to support lasting transformation and restore balance in both body and mind.

Integrative Approach

Drawing on Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Functional Medicine, I take a body-mind approach to wellbeing.
By tuning into body sensations, emotions, and beliefs, we reconnect the mind, body, and nature — creating space for awareness, healing, and self-discovery.

Healing Presence

With curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment, I offer a safe space to explore your inner world.
Here, difficult emotions can be understood and released, freeing you from limiting patterns and opening the path to greater peace, clarity, and authentic connection.
