Capacity Building – Daily Activity: Other Professional (15_056_0128_1_3)
for plan- and self-managed participants only.
My practice specialises in therapeutic recommendation, training, and support, with a focus on compassionate counselling, emotional regulation, and the development of practical coping strategies. I assist participants in building daily living skills, improving functional capacity, and enhancing overall well-being.
I work with early-adult through older-adult participants who experience complex mental health challenges, including generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
My work supports participants in developing meaningful and sustainable improvements to their functional independence—often extending beyond the scope of traditional allied health services.

Recomendations
“Sasha has provided support to my NDIS participants for many years, consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy and a holistic approach. She has made a significant positive impact on the well-being of those she works with.”
Sophie Ford, Support Coordinator.
Sasha has been supporting my daughter for several years. My daughter is 54 and happens to have Down syndrome. Sasha has a genuine understanding of my daughter's disability and provides clear, supportive and non-judgemental help. Sasha is flexible and adaptable and respects the NDIS processes and goals. It is so good for my daughter that Sasha is calm, kind and easy to talk with and always reliable. They both work well together and enjoy each other's company. Sasha communicates with me at all times, and I feel confident that my daughter is in safe hands.
